SWAP
Empowering the next generation of young people to reach their full potential mentally and socially.
We are a Social Enterprise working in partnership with local authority's, schools and parents/careers providing support, guidance and an alternative outreach to young people. We are specialised in providing re-engagement with school/colleges, behaviour management, growth mindset and enabling young people to develop life skills. Our programmes are all bespoke to an individual need and are designed to support and encourage young people in their communities. We utilise their strengths to make a positive impact on things that matter to them the most. Through a holistic and nurturing approach we will also provide tailored intervention which will not only support young people into work experience and employment, but will also support them in their own environment.
SWAP was established in 2021 - providing exceptional enrichment and outreach to young people in Yorkshire surrounding areas. We offer young people an opportunity to create and mold their own unique experiences through our wide range of educational and leadership skills. We see the true power that our young people hold, and we have made it our mission to transform them into confident individuals, ready to make a difference to their lives and their families.
